Terms and Conditions

Parties of the Agreement

The SERVICE PROVIDER of the services subject to these terms and conditions, namely the sale of products or services:

THE BOOST ENTERPRISE SRL located at Strada Lalelelor 1A-2, Sânandrei, Timiș County, CUI RO43406437, J26/1547/2020, VAT payer, with a share capital of 1000 RON, represented by Ruben Marissen, in the capacity of ADMINISTRATOR.

BENEFICIARY is the natural or legal person who engages in the purchase of products or services offered by the SERVICE PROVIDER, after paying the agreed amount as mentioned in the service contract, via a payment link.

Obligations of the SERVICE PROVIDER

• To provide the requested products/services in the best conditions.
• To respect confidentiality and delivery deadlines.
• To provide access to video tutorials (where applicable).
• To ensure the delivery of ordered products via courier or another method accepted by the beneficiary.
• The delivery of services will be done by transferring files (website) from the company server to the client’s server after completing the requested changes based on feedback.

Obligations of the BENEFICIARY

• To pay the agreed price for the contracted products/services.
• To submit the materials requested by the provider within the established time frame.

Price and Payment Methods

• All service fees presented on the website are expressed in RON (Romanian Leu) and do not include VAT.
• The price for services is 100% customized based on the client’s needs.
• Payment is 50% in advance and 50% upon completion of the contract.
• Prices start from:
  • Hourly rate (programming): 150 Lei
  • Website creation: 3000 Lei

Termination and Cancellation

Termination and cancellation occur in cases of force majeure or other situations specified in the contract.

Return/Cancellation Policy

In accordance with EU legislation, individual clients have the right to cancel their order and return the products or services purchased online within 14 calendar days.
